In a nutshell, what I will be doing is this…

I will be analysing the financial information you give me about your business, and, using clever algorithms and programs, I will come up with ways you can either earn more money, or save money on your outgoings.

Many businesses have a reasonable turnover, but often much of the money that comes in gets spent.  I will be using business diagnostic tools to identify opportunities for additional income across 3 strategic and 8 operational core areas of growth potential.  This is called “profit leakage”.

The difference between the income you currently make from your business compared to what you want to make is referred to as the “income gap”.  The business diagnostic tool assess the ability of your current business to close this gap and determine the “income potential” of your business.

To do this analysis, and for me to get to know you and your business, takes up to three meetings.  These can be in-person if you are in South Canterbury (NZ), or via Zoom if you are elsewhere.  These initial meetings are free of charge or obligation.

In the last meeting, you will be asked if you want to join the Business Success Programme.  The cost of this varies, but will be less than the amount you can gain by implementing it.  The Business Success Program includes two meetings a month, reporting systems and plans, that develop initiatives to profitably attract your preferred clients, accurately measure performance against targets, and ensure progress is being made towards your personal vision.

I will be working right alongside you to ensure progress is being made on key projects, and to get your business to the level you want it to attain.

Although I have been working with small businesses for many years, I still have more training before I can start working with you.
