Assuming we can fix it (and we haven’t yet met a hack we can’t fix), we will give you a price on how much it will cost to get us to fix it.  The price will be anywhere from $0 to $AU500, on top of the $AU200 you have already paid.

Worst case scenario is that we will work with your web hosting company and get a backup restored, assuming they have backups (why would you be with a hosting company that isn’t doing backups??).  But most of the time we can clean things up for you without loss of data, get your site back up, and give you a list of the things you need to do to prevent it happening again.

And, for an extra charge we can hack-proof your WordPress site for you, to help stop it happening again.
