This type of web site has both information Pages (as many as you want to add) and Posts. It is the classic Blog. You can use it for personal or business news, like a public online diary.
If you prefer, we can omit the Posts part, so you don’t have a blog. This makes the site a super powerful information tool.
You can have as many Pages and Posts as you like in a site like this, and WordPress makes it really simple to add, change or delete your Pages and Posts.
Your site will be built to suit a beginner WordPress user, unless you tell us you are experienced and don’t need help.

Details
When you decide you want us to build your web site, you will be asked to choose from one of our themes, or templates, which will determine the layout of your web site. You will also be asked to choose a colourway from a list available in the theme you choose.
Alternatively, you might choose (for an extra cost of $AU3000 + GST) to go for a completely custom-built site, which will be created from your design.
You will also be asked a series of questions (in a written questionnaire) which will help us to understand how we need to set up your site.
We will then send you a summary of your requirements, and if you are happy with this, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. Once that is paid, we will build your web site and hand it over to you. The time it takes to build your site will depend on the complexity and the workload at the time, but we will give you an estimated delivery date before you pay your deposit.
If you are not happy with the site once it is handed over, you will have 7 days to advise of required changes (you will have almost full access to admin during this time), or to cancel and get a full refund of your deposit money.
Assuming you are happy, the remaining balance is then payable. We will have a page on the site saying “New site coming soon” (or similar) until the full balance is paid.
Once the full payment is received, you will have full access to admin (where you enter/update your information, including products if it is a cart site). You will also have access to remove the “New site coming soon” message when you are ready.
For the techies: If you have your site hosted by us ($AU50 + GST a year), you will also have access to your cPanel and ftp, so you can tweak, add email accounts, whatever you need.
After Sales Service
