Group Coaching
An explanation of how group coaching works, and how to sign up.
Don’t know what Get Your Business Sorted is yet?
Here you can find an explanation of the programme.
Want to understand how the framework works? Watch this short introduction.
Whether you’re constantly putting out fires, struggling to delegate, or wondering why growth feels harder than it should, the Get Your Business Sorted Framework helps identify where your business is today and what needs attention next.
Group Coaching for Small Business Owners
Support, accountability and the opportunity to learn alongside other business owners.
From July 2026, the Get Your Business Sorted framework will also be available as part of group coaching. The group programme consists of access to all the online material (videos, workbooks, AI tools, etc), as well as one 90-minute class a month, lead by me, Christine Abela on Zoom.
You can find the dates of upcoming groups below, as well as instructions for enrolling.
If it is complicated, or you have questions, feel free to book a 10-minute Zoom meeting with me, and we can go through it together.
Note that the Group Coaching Membership is only for 6 months. If you want ongoing access to the resources after the six months, you may move on to the Get Your Business Sorted Membership (with no group coaching) at the end of your six months.
The Get Your Business Sorted Framework
Six stages. Each one builds on the last.

How to Enrol
- Go to https://geckogullywebsites.com/membership-levels/ and click the third “Select” button. It should say $297.00 now and then $297 per month for 5 more months. Yes, this is messy but that’s how the software presents it.
- Read the information, fill out the form and click Submit and Check Out.
- This will take you to Stripe, where you can enter a credit card number to pay. Note that if you are not in NZ, you should not be charged GST – let me know if this is wrong.
- You should then get immediate access to the first month’s training. I will describe that further below. If you leave the website you can log back in later by clicking on Members in the top of the site https://GeckoGullyWebsites.com and log in with your email address and the password you set when you did Step 3 above.
- Email me (Christine) to tell me which group you want to enrol in, and I will send you the Calendly link for booking the meetings.
- Then go to that link and book yourself in for the first class. You should also be able to see the other dates on the calendar, but you will have to book each class one at a time. You may do that now, or later.
FAQ
What is the time requirement to do the course?
You will be watching four videos a month (10 to 15 minutes each), or you may read a transcript if you prefer. There is also a workbook to fill out each month. It is recommended that you set aside 1 hour a week to work on this, in addition to the class time. So that is about 5.5 hours a month, for 6 months.
There is additional reading provided which is optional.
What can I achieve from this course?
You will get a better understanding of where the blockages are in your business, and what you need to do to overcome these. Because every business is different, it is hard to say exactly what YOU will get from this.
Who is this course for?
The course is suitable for the owners of small to medium businesses who are working too much IN the business and not enough ON the business. Especially suited for those with 2 to 20 employees, and an annual turnover over $NZ0.5M.
It is also perfect for those who are running a business as a franchisee, and want to get more training on the “how” of running a business, as opposed to the “what to do” that the franchise company teaches you.
If you prefer not to do a group coaching, there is a self-paced option available (see https://geckogullywebsites.com/membership-levels/ ) or personalised coaching (see next question).
How personalised is the guidance if this is a group program?
If what you really want is a one-to-one personalised coaching experience, you could consider the Business Success Programme. This is ongoing support, in person in South Canterbury, or via Zoom elsewhere. It is more expensive than the group coaching. You can book a time to have a chat about your business at https://calendly.com/christineabela/free-business-strategy-session . Only suitable for those with businesses in the $NZ0.5M to $NZ20M annual turnover range, probably with 2 to 30 employees.
If you still feel group coaching is the best option for you, there can be on-on-one coaching sessions booked (for a fee) with me as required.
What kind of accountability is built into the course to keep me on track?
In each month’s class, you will be asked what progress you have made in your workbook. Hopefully you will have finished the previous month’s workbook, and started on the current month. Bring your questions to the class! People without questions are generally those who have not done the “homework”.
Can I apply what I learn to multiple businesses or just one?
Absolutely. You are free to download and print multiple copies of the workbook, and fill out one for each business that you run.
What if my business partner wants to join. Is that allowed?
Sure. Bring them along to the Zoom classes, and let them log into your members area to see the videos and other material.
How soon should I expect to see changes in my business once I start?
Most people begin noticing small shifts within the first few weeks. Things like clearer priorities, better awareness of what’s holding them back, and more confidence in their decisions. The bigger changes depend on how consistently you work through the videos and workbook.
The more you apply the tools, the faster your business will start to feel more organised, more intentional, and less chaotic. Every business is different, so your timeline will depend on how much of the homework you implement.
Who This Is Not For
This programme is designed for business owners who are ready to step back from the day‑to‑day and take a more strategic view of how their business runs. Because of that, it won’t be the right fit for everyone.
People looking for a quick fix. This isn’t a magic wand. You’ll get tools, clarity, and guidance, but you still need to put in the time to work through the videos and the workbook.
Business owners who won’t make time for the homework. The real progress happens when you apply what you learn. If you know you won’t watch the videos or complete the workbook, you won’t get the results you’re hoping for.
Start‑ups or people still in the “idea” stage. The programme is designed for established businesses with staff, systems, and revenue. If you’re still getting your business off the ground, other options will suit you better.
Owners who want intensive one‑to‑one coaching. This is a group programme with structured content. If you prefer personalised, ongoing support, the Business Success Programme is a better match. Book a conversation about that at https://calendly.com/christineabela/free-business-strategy-session
People unwilling to look at their own role in how the business operates. The course works best for those open to reviewing their habits, leadership style, and decision‑making. If you’re not ready for that level of reflection, this may not be the right time.
