A good testimonial should sound like a real person talking, not a press release. “They did a great job!” isn’t enough – people want detail.
Ask clients questions like “What was the problem before you called us?” or “How did things change afterwards?” That gives them a story to tell.
Don’t edit too heavily – small imperfections make it sound genuine. Include first names, towns, or even a photo if possible.
